Comprehensive planning is a process that determines community goals and aspirations in terms of community development. The outcome of comprehensive planning is the Comprehensive Plan which dictates public policy in terms of transportation, utilities, land use, recreation, and housing.

About us

HNIT stands today at out skirts of Ajmer, in the western part of India and center part of the Rajasthan-the culmination of the vision of one man to bring higher education facilities to the people of this area. About 20 Km. radius there was no college for Higher Education. The academically inclined would have to travel to Ajmer city. This was a difficult proposition-physically and financially-for many.
